Culture Grows Fund

Culture Grows It is an incentive promoted by Ministry of Culture which supports the birth, consolidation and growth of businesses and organizations active in cultural and creative supply chain in the regions of the South.
The measure finances innovative projects aimed at the production, enhancement and dissemination of cultural goods and services.

Facilitation type

• Mixed benefit:
  • Non-repayable contribution
  • Zero-interest financing (duration 10 years)
• Coverage up to80% of the spending program
• Services of tutoring up to 10,000€

Recipients

The call is divided into three lines of intervention:

• Line A — Consolidation
  • Cultural and creative enterprises consisting of more than 5 years, including social enterprises
• Line B — New businesses
  • Team of individuals who intend to set up a business
  • Cultural and creative enterprises consisting of no more than 5 years, including social enterprises
• Line C — Third Sector
  • Social enterprises, third sector bodies, associations and foundations constituted by At least 2 years

Eligible projects

• Design, creation and development of innovative cultural products or services
• Production and dissemination of cultural initiatives
• Promotion, conservation, enhancement and management of cultural assets and activities

Eligible expenses

• Plants and machinery
• Masonry (max. 20%)
• Multi-year assets
• Specialist advice
• Working capital (max) 20%), including:
  • feedstocks
  • utilities
  • rents
  • services and staff
  • bank and insurance guarantees

Amounts

• Line A and B: spending programs up to 2.5 million €
• Line C: spending programs up to 500,000€
• Maximum duration of projects: 24 months
