Sardinia Region Cooperative Fund

The Cooperative Fund Finance growth, capitalization and structural consolidation paths of regional cooperatives, promoting the solidity and development of the cooperative system in the area.
There are two routes: consolidation of existing cooperatives and creation of new cooperatives, with financial instruments calibrated to the type of project.

Facilitation type

• Investments from 50,000€ to 250,000€
• Line 1 — Consolidation: 70% zero-interest loan, 30% non-repayable grant
• Line 2 — Creation of new cooperatives: 65% zero-interest loan, 35% non-repayable grant

Recipients

• Existing regional cooperatives (Line 1)
• New cooperatives being established (Line 2)

Eligible expenses

• Investments for growth and consolidation
• Structural and organizational improvement
• Innovation and development projects

Amounts

• Minimum: 50,000€
• Maximum: 250,000€
• Variable loan/lost fund rates depending on the line (Line 1 and Line 2)
