Supporting innovation in the craft sector
Description
The “Voucher for Craft Innovation” call supports artisan businesses in Sardinia in the introduction of innovative processes, in the development of new products and in the adoption of advanced technologies, with particular attention to digital innovation and ICT services. The intervention finances projects with a high innovative content through non-repayable contributions for the acquisition of specialized services.
Type of benefit
Non-repayable grant under the scheme De Minimis.
Contribution equal to 80% of the eligible expenditure, which can be increased up to 100% in the presence of the awards provided for by the announcement.
Beneficiaries
Artisan SMEs, micro-enterprises and freelancers with operational headquarters in Sardinia that have the Ateco codes provided for by the announcement.
Eligible projects
Projects aimed at:
- product or process innovation;
- development of new products or services;
- improvement of environmental sustainability;
- enhancement and positioning on the market of artisanal products.
Projects must include at least one innovative service consistent with the Smart Specialization Strategy (S3), such as prototype development, product design, certifications, environmental sustainability, commercial innovation or intellectual property protection.
Eligible expenses
Expenses are allowed for:
- specialized innovation, technical consultancy, marketing, training and intellectual property services;
- tangible and intangible investments functional to the project (within 35% of the cost plan);
- costs of the personnel involved in the project, recognized on a flat rate basis;
- general expenses, calculated on a flat rate basis.
Amounts
- Minimum project amount: 10,000 euros
- Maximum project amount: 50,000 euros
Duration of projects
Projects must be completed by 12 months from the grant of the contribution, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months.
The deadline for completion is set at March 31, 2029.

Financial endowment
The total budget of the call is equal to 2,500,000 euros.
Submission of the application
Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the computer system SIPES of the Sardinia Region.
The compilation is available from February 9, 2026, while the final submission of questions is possible from February 16, 2026 Until July 31, 2027.
