With over 25 years of experience in business consulting and corporate strategy for entering new markets, she supports companies in analyzing their competitive position, organizational structure, production capacity, and product offerings. She identifies critical issues and areas for improvement in order to develop strategic plans for growth and development, assisting companies in securing the resources needed for expansion through regional funding from the Sardinia Region, the PNRR, and European financing programs. She designs strategic plans to address digital transformation, tackling challenges related to sustainability and corporate social responsibility and stakeholder engagement. She explores new growth opportunities and supports companies throughout their internationalization processes. She also manages the preparation and submission of funding calls and grant applications for female entrepreneurship, Resto al Sud, equal opportunities, sustainability funds, digital transformation initiatives, and European funding programs. She has developed extensive experience primarily in the agrifood, tourism, and stone sectors.
