Supporting the development of new Innovative Enterprises in Sardinia

The announcement Supporting the Development of New Innovative Businesses aims to promote the birth, growth and consolidation of companies with a high innovative content. The measure supports innovative business projects with potential for competitive development and positive effects on the regional production system.

Facilitation type

• Non-repayable grant pursuant to art. 22 “Aid to start-up businesses” of Reg. (EU) n. 651/2014
• Aid intensity from 60% to 80% with rewards.

Recipients

• Micro and small enterprises active on the regional territory, constituted in the form of joint-stock companies and individuals with one year and up to a maximum of five years from the date of registration with the Reg. of Enterprises, in possession of at least one completed, approved and filed financial statements for the financial year.

Eligible projects

• Projects for the start-up or development of new business activities
• Initiatives with significant technological or innovative content
• Projects consistent with the priorities of Smart Specialization Strategy (S3) of the Region of Sardinia

Eligible expenses

• Costs for tangible and intangible investments;
• Costs for services and/or advice;
• Costs for the personnel involved in the development of the Plan;
• General costs for the implementation of the Plan.

Amounts

• Projects from a minimum of euro 350,000.00 up to a maximum of euro 1,000,000.00

Procedure

• Evaluation at the counter or ranking table (based on the financial envelope and the rules of the announcement)
• Applications submitted through the dedicated computer system of the Region of Sardinia
